The front desk agent is a person who is usually the first contact with visitors and potential visitors with hotels, motels, inns and hotels. He usually responds to the request for information, greets visitors as they arrive at the check-in, and gives rooms. When the guests leave, the agent is generally a person who settles their accounts before leaving.

In addition to managing the arrival and departure, the agent is generally responsible for the office of global customer relationships. In large hotels, usually those located in major theme parks in densely populated station, the functions of this agent is often limited to the reception of guests, verify and make reservations. Due to the constant influx of guests occupying the receptionist, general office workers in the management of other jobs receive others.
