3 star hotels provide a much bigger list of ameneties and services than their less expensive counterparts. 3 star hotels in Mumbai provide bigger and spacious rooms. Most of these hotels have modern ameneties including hot shower in the bathroom, flat screen TVs - sometimes TVs in the bathrooms as well, mini-bar with lots of stockings, etc. The best of these Mumbai hotels also provide more than one dg options. Most of them have a separate bar. Some will have bakery while other 3 star hotels may offer spa and other services. Yes, a 3 star Mumbai hotel costs more to stay. Are they worth your money? Most certainly! .com offers a wide selection for 3 star hotels in Mumbai. Book a hotel with good reviews and your stay is most certainly going to be relaxing.

There’s simply no other word that convincingly captures the enigma that is India. With its in-your-face diversity, from snow-dusted mountains to sun-washed beaches, tranquil temples to feisty festivals, lantern-lit villages to software-supremo cities, it’s hardly surprising that this country has been dubbed the world’s most multidimensional. Love it or loathe it, and most visitors see-saw between the two, India promises to jostle your entire being, and no matter where you go or what you do, it’s a place you’ll never forget.

Home to more than one billion people, the subcontinent bristles with an eclectic melange of ethnic groups, which translates into an intoxicating cultural cocktail for the traveller. For those seeking spiritual sustenance, India has oodles of sacrosanct sites and stirring philosophical epics, while history buffs will encounter gems from the past almost everywhere – from grand vestiges of the British Raj serenely peering over swarming spice bazaars, to crumbling fortresses looming high above plunging ravines. Meanwhile, aficionados of the great outdoors can paddle in the shimmering waters of one of many balmy beaches, scout for big jungle cats on a blood-pumping wildlife safari, or simply inhale pine-scented air on a meditative forest walk. And then there’s the food! From squidgy South Indian idlis (fermented rice cakes) to zesty north Indian curries, foodies can look forward to savouring a seductive smorgasbord of specialities.

      Thanks

Without question, India is the most engaging, colourful, chaotic, spiritual and life-affirming country in the world. It is an assault on the senses – all of them, nearly all of the time.
I have been visiting the country for 25 years and still find myself full of wonder at the diversity of its cultural riches, from temple sculptures and murals that rival the best of the Italian Renaissance to the artistry of ordinary people in a land where much is still made by hand. The best time to visit India is between late October (the end of the monsoon season) and mid-March. However Rajasthan can be chilly in December and January and those inviting hotel pools are unheated. April and May can be very hot and humid, with daytime highs of more than 100F/40C regularly recorded on the northern plains, though these are good months to visit the Himalayan foothills and the hill stations of Shimla and Darjeeling. High summer is pleasant in Kashmir and Ladakh.
The monsoon rains start in late May in the south, gradually moving north over the following six weeks, though the timing does vary and it certainly doesn’t rain all day every day.Pune is located 560 m (1,840 ft) above sea level on the western margin of the Deccan plateau. It is situated on the leeward side of the Sahyadri mountain range, which forms a barrier from the Arabian sea. It is a hilly city, with its tallest hill, Vetal Hill, rising to 800 m (2,600 ft) above sea level. Just outside the city, the Sinhagad fort is located at an altitude of 1300 m. It lies between 18° 32"North latitude and 73° 51"East longitude.

Central Pune is located at the confluence of the Mula and Mutha rivers. The Pavana and Indrayani rivers, tributaries of the Bhima river, traverse the northwestern outskirts of metropolitan Pune.
