going on exchange to swden next year, i really wanna get around and explore europe while im over there. i know if u actually are in europe, flights are incredibly cheap, and you can take train passes to various parts . How easy is it to explore europe from swden?

you should start from nearest location and go far locations while enjoying every locations. i would say you to use different way to come back. this will give you more exposure.

Night trains will take you to the northern part of Sweden and abroad. The SJ call center can make reservations for trains in almost all European countries. to Stockholm Central (train every 15 minutes) and many other destinations.

I had 6 months exchanged in Sweden last year and I had been to 7 countries in Europe. You can either choose bus or plane. If so, check out RyanAir which offers incredible cheap flights to other countries (only 12,99$ to Czech Republic). Don't forget to view through GoEuro as well!
