Hello! I've been researching new windows for my house and discovered Lindsay Windows. Before I commit, I'd like to find a site with genuine reviews from customers. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I want to ensure I'm making the best choice for my home!
The original order took 8 months to be installed. The windows were correctly ordered by Harley Exterior but arrived with the wrong or defective glass Lindsay Windows . Lindsey's team tried twice to fix the glass and screens that were defective but were unable to do so because they either brought the wrong type of glass or missed the cut glass. It's been 6 months and on the third trip I missed them for a few minutes and they left without a phone call to say they were there. My neighbor should have let me know they were standing around. When I asked about it, I didn't understand that they could be back in a few minutes, it was.
