What service to use in Brazil ? (Voice/Data)

I'm going to Brazil and wondering what carrier would be best for prepaid service ? I don't want to use the roaming with Rogers. What has the best coverage not only in the urban areas of SP/RJ, but also outside ? 1. Vivo 2. Claro 3. TIM 4. Oi

Can i ship to Brazil by Priority Express envelope. Do they provided tracking. I know if i used regular mail and ship it to international country, they wont give you tracking and if a buyer file a disputed i would lose. Is there anyway other way to ship international with tracking? I’m currently in Brazil and today we went out looking for a SIM card for my iPhone. The best option we could find was from the provider named “Tim”. It was about $35 USD for 1GB transfer a month. The catch was, I have to have a signature from a Brazilian and they have to have proof of residence so, we’re going to try again tomorrow.
