Is it possible to see Istanbul and some of Turkey in a week?

Turkey such a magnificent country for families and individual travelers as well. You’ll find plenty of breathtaking destinations with decent and user friendly transportation. Its unique culture and extra ordinary activities are awesome.
Furthermore, Istanbul is one of the biggest cities in the world and you can't see in a week, you should have minimum two weeks for this.

Actually Istanbul is really huge and if you are speaking just about the top tourist spots may be 3 days will be enough for you to see all of them. Be sure that at least one day you will loose on Capala Charshi and in case you decide to check some of the city malls you will need another day or two
