Anyone used Budget for rental cars?

I booked a minivan through Budget (at YVR) for next week, but I keep hearing stories of people getting charged for minor damages (small chip in windshield so the entire windshield has to be replaced, minor scratches/dents, etc.) so I'm wondering if anyone had this experience with their Budget rental - or you can just share your experience (good or bad) here.

Budget is a main thing for rental cars because different travel companies have different rates for that. According to me you should compare the rates of companies from that you can know your exact budget.
