Six days in HK... what to do?

So I fudged my tickets and ended up with six days in HK. I'm not a big fan of big cities (except Tokyo for some strange reason), so I'm a bit concerned that I'll run out of stuff to do. Not really into hanging out in expensive malls or shopping for fakes...I know there are many HK natives on here... got any recommendations on favourite/special places in HK that usually aren't found in the common guidebooks?
