Turkey -- Ephesus or Cappadocia?????

We are going to Turkey in early Oct and have 4 days in Istanbul.We have 3 more days and want to decide between Ephesus or Cappadocia??Can you help us with your experience?Thanks

I also think so. But, of course, there are a lot of other interesting places to visit - Alanya, Antalya, Side, Kemer - you can find a lot of interesting things to do in each of this areas.
