8 hour stopover in Seoul at 3am - anything to do?

I'm flying to Hong Kong at the beginning of November, and the cheapest flight I found includes a stopover in Seoul at 2:40am and my Seoul-HK flight only leaves at 11:20.Should we be venturing out of the airport at that time of night, would we have enough time to get around and see a little bit of the city?Thanks for any insight.

Shopping, and yeah see a little bit of the city of course. The night of Seoul is amazing. Ah, and the exquisite food of South Korea, try something spicy!
