The Cheapest place in ex Soviet Union with the cheapest accomodation is Budapest.
Budapest is separated by Dunavis river in two parts.
buda and pest both offer great seasights across dunavis river such as The Medieval Towers, Attila the Hun and Puska's National Football Stadium.
One of the down parts is that you should only visit Hungary on summer because there is a lot of cold in winter.

Whenever you’re visiting there try not to miss places like The National Museum, The Mummified Hand of St. Stephen, Hero’s Square, The Castle and The Terror Museum.

Harry..loved that Puska's National Football Stadium...It was great to see it. My first visit to football stadium in my life, can't forget it.
