Have You Been to St. Lucia?

Haven't found too much info on St. Lucia in the Travel Forums and was curious if anyone could give me some some feedback on "must do" excursions, restaurants, etc? The whole country seems pretty damn expensive so I'd like to maximize my $$$ wherever possible. We'll be staying at Stonefield in Soufriere. Any insight you have would be much appreciated!

Well, I’d like to recommend visiting Anse Chastanet beach in St. Lucia which is a paradise for snorkelers and divers because it is buoyed off for snorkeling safety.

I would suggest Vigie Beach, Castries. This beach is fun
And the Coal Pot restaurant at Soufriere

This is the most awesome place in St. Lucia to have a wedding, the view is amazing, the chef is cooking on the day of while the wedding. I recently travelled to St. John and had a great time. My fiancee and I (mostly my fiancee, I could care less) are considering St. Lucia
