Suggestion for Vacation in Orlando with 3+ old

Hi Guys, I am planning for vacation in Orlando , florida with my 3+ years old during the middle of March next year. I need suggestion for selecting Hotel, packages ..etc. We are looking for room with Kitchen specially stove and microwave. My child needs food that I have to cook. Do you have any suggestion ? any one lived such hotel? I need the informations. Also, any tips in terms of theme park selection and package deal would be highly appreciated.
