You can go to the Biscayne boulevard, bay side marketplace (outdoor mall)...you can look around for all kinds of things, they have second floor restaurants and they also have mall-like fancy stores (guess, brand names. etc). You can do a seaway tour, you can find them everywhere at the south beach area, they go along the island..or you can go to do the alligator thing/everglades, tours offered from the bay side market place.
