Trip insurance

I'm planning a trip to England with friends in April. We are senior citizens and interested in trip insurance. I especially would like to find some that will refund if Americans are advised by the state dept. not to travel. We are uneasy about the Iraq situation--but have all ready made most of our reservations. Does anyone have some advice for us??
