Costa Rica
Planning a trip to Costa Rica in July with my extended family and renting a villa. 2 keys we're interested in are a nice beach (white sand, not interested in surfing) & snorkeling (right off the beach). Any beaches I should be looking at in specific? cheers in advance

Costa Rica is one of the breathtaking countries where tourists throng in a huge numbers. It is a tropical country experiencing a number of distinct climatic zones.
Beaches with Diving: Manuel Antonio, Tortuguero.

Costa Rica is the ideal paradise for your vacation fro traveling with your family. For action vacation you can surf, hike, do rafting, canopying, diving, deepwater fishing and snorkeling. Poás Volcano Crater is one of the country's main tourist attractions. Cocos Island is also a very good place for relaxing and enjoying with your friends and relatives.

Area: 51,100 sq. km (19,730 sq. mi.) about the size of the states of Vermont and New Hampshire combined.
Cities: Capital--San Jose (greater metropolitan area pop. 2.1 million, the greater metropolitan area as defined by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Policy includes the cities of Alajuela, Cartago, and Heredia). Other major cities outside the San Jose capital area--Puntarenas, Limon, and Liberia.
