Halal Friendly Hotels are Hotels that provide some level of facilities and services for the Muslim Travelers. These include from having the staff able to assist the Muslim guests with at least information on Halal services and facilities in the vicinity of the Hotel, to having a whole range of services such as Qiblah direction marked in the rooms, Halal Food available in the Hotel etc., Hope this helps!

What are Halal Friendly Hotels
The services offered by Halal friendly hotels differ – some may provide information on Halal services and facilities in the vicinity of the hotel, whilst others include Qiblah direction marked in hotel rooms and serve Halal food. Certain hotels even have segregated spas, open-air pools exclusively for women and Halal beaches. This enables women to be more comfortable wearing burkinis or the like. There are some hotels that prohibit alcohol in their premises, so Muslim travellers do not have to worry about relaxing next to other hotel guests that are consuming alcohol.
There are several travel companies that provide Halal friendly holidays to several destinations around the world. These holidays ensure that travellers cross paths with Muslims from around the world – from Argentina all the way to China. The travel companies provide Halal friendly hotels for tourists to stay in, thus ensuring a comfortable stay. Here are some Halal travel destinations worth visiting along with Halal friendly hotels and resorts.

Is this for hotels in Malaysia? Then most would have halal option anyway. It's not hard to find. Same in Indonesia and Singapore.
