The most important thing is to avoid stress. I advise you to see the entire list of CBD drugs to be in the know - https://provacan.co.uk/ This provides good protection against daily stress, panic, and increased anxiety. Our hair is the most sensitive to such emotions. Take care of your mental and emotional health and your hair will thank you)

Good diet and supplements suggested by my doc. Added an exercise routine to that and it worked like magic. Also, obviously, good hair products - not good as in expensive, but good as in high quality and recognized by the hairdressers as being kind to your hair

Hair loss is common when you are under intense stress or anxiety. I'm sure your doctor told you that 60% of cases of alopecia areata are caused by stress, depression and other mental disorders. If you need expert advice to help you get through this, then I can recommend you to visit this website https://www.mindwell.biz/ . Here you can sign up for an online consultation with a psychotherapist and find a lot of interesting information in the blog of this specialist. Her blog helped me to understand that I'm not the only one in the world going through this.

Hair loss and hair growth process is a complex and not yet fully understood process. It is known that hair loss is caused by hormonal changes in the body. Hormones are chemicals that are present in our body and can have effects on hair growth and speed of hair loss. Hair follicles are mini organs that have the ability to grow hair and the process of hair loss can be described as the hair fall out due to the fact that the hair follicle has completed its growth phase of the hair cycle. Hair follicles need the correct balance of hormones, nutrition and minerals to produce healthy hair.
