My friends and I are going to Las Vegas in May. We are not sure what Hotel to stay at. We will not be renting a car so something in a central location on the strip might be best although we dont have a problem taking a taxi/bus once in a while. We are all young so walking a ways isn't a problem either. We probably wont spend much time in the Hotel...mainly just to sleep and maybe a day at the pool. I was wondering if some people could give me advice on which places are best from the list below? They are listed from the cheapest to most expensive. The extra cost over the base price, at the Sahara, is a total for all 5 nights. Thanks Base price at Sahara +$9 at Circus Circus +$21 at Imperial Palace (free buffet for any 24h period) +$22 at Stratosphere +$24 at Tropicana +$32 at Excelibur +$68 at Luxor (Free show- 2 tickets/room) +$77 at Monte Carlo (Free show-2 tickets/room)

Despite the atrocious bulk of money I've spent in the City-limits of Sin, I accept best up a few acceptable things. Here's a key one. A limo ride in the city-limits costs about the aforementioned bulk as a cab.
